Every EcoBox rental includes delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental period and a weight allowance. Book online any time, or call (847) 252-1111 (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 am to noon). Pickup is not automatic: request it when you are done and it is usually collected the next day.

Dimensions are representative and vary by container within a size. If space or access is limited, contact us before booking and we will confirm the container and the clearance the truck needs. Pickup-load equivalents count a heaped pickup load as about 2.5 cubic yards.

How pickup, extra days and extra weight are billed
- Pickup is not automatic. The container stays with you until you ask us to collect it. Request a pickup, swap or extension, or call or text (847) 252-1111.
- Extra days run to the actual pickup date. Day 8 onwards is $20 per day up to and including the day the container is collected, not the day you asked. Requesting pickup on day 7 does not stop the clock if collection happens on day 9.
- Collection is usually next day, sometimes same day. It depends on the schedule and we do not promise a date, so ask as early as you can.
- Extra weight is billed from the disposal site’s weight ticket. The disposal facility weighs the load and we bill $100 per ton over your allowance on the weight recorded on the disposal facility scale ticket.
- A blocked spot is a dry run. If the truck cannot deliver or collect because a vehicle, gate or other obstruction is in the way, the $200 trip fee applies and we reschedule.
- Cancelling before service. Contact us before delivery and we will do what we can to cancel or reschedule. Once the container has been delivered, the rental has started.
Heavy materials reach the weight included long before they fill the container. Concrete, brick, dirt, rock, asphalt and roofing debris go in the 10-yard container only, whatever the total amount; a larger quantity means more than one 10-yard load rather than a bigger container. - 10-Yard — garage and attic cleanouts, single-room renovations, yard debris, and roofing tear-offs. Roofing goes in the 10-yard because shingles are dense and hit the weight allowance long before they fill a larger box.
- 15-Yard — medium remodels, basement or multi-room cleanouts, flooring removal.
- 20-Yard — larger renovations, whole-home cleanouts, construction and demolition debris.
